Head/face studies

I used pen, pencil and biro to shade these face/ head studies. I looked at the different angles of features to gain perspective and try to capture all the details. I feel the pencil studies show more depth and understanding. I will use some of the head positions in my ideas because I can see a bird - like quality potiential.
