Resolved final idea

I have improved the design of the head and added arms and hands in two different ways. The top image is about how the feathers could morph into the wing, I think this looks very awkward and out of place. However the idea below it I have included the arm and hand to fit to the wing better and looks like it belongs in the anatomy. I think I will use the below idea for my final piece as this design has the best concept from others I have drawn.
