This week was three forty minute poses and I had to focus on the tone and shade instead of lines. I found it hard to resist using lines and try to adapt to a new approach. I struggled with the shapes because I was looking more at the paper I was drawing on instead of concerntrating on the model and recording what I saw. The above two images have a better structure of the form, the below position was an unusual angle and I found this hard to interpret onto the page, I feel more confident with mark making and getting quicker at sketching within the time limit.
