also - and this is coming from a supportive place - I think you should do something about the appearance of your blog - it looks, well, a bit dull, and in all honesty I don't think that image of at the top like that is doing your professionalism any favours - also, consider losing the bit of writing beneath it; time, I think, to overhaul this space and make it more business-like and sophisticated. I suggest you meet and talk with our new GTA, Jordan Buckner on Monday when he's next in - because he can give you some style and tech tips :)
