Adam - trust me on this - you've still got too much going on here: keep it simple - fairy wakes up mushroom; fairy throws stones/or apples, mushroom gets angry, fairy laughs - fairy flies off, gets stuck in web, mushroom is pleased, falls asleep... You've got to draw all of this remember, and the emphasis should be on the communicating the character and behaviour of the mushroom (less the fairy).
