Hekate Competition Round 2 2015

I entered the competition again as I was invited to participate for a second time. It was the same script so was a challenge to try and find a new interpretation for the design style.

There was only one winner this time so I knew it was more unlucky to be picked with the amount of strong competitors but decided to give it my best shot and although I didn't win I have enjoyed entering this competition again.

Hekate Film Competition 2014

I realise I have not posted in a while but this is with good reason, on September 2014 I signed up to enter a competition to create a logo ident for Hekate Film Works. The winner would gain an internship and possible place within their company and the finalists gain exposure. I was given a script to follow but could interpret the design and art style in any way I chose but had to keep within a 10 - 30 second time limit.

Dalek Final Animated Sequence

Finally it is finished been playing around with what to include in this, I continued to put additional sound effects to finish it off. I am now tempted to try other Dr Who monsters as this little side project was a lot of fun! So What Will Be Next?...

Wechat Emoticon Challenge Entry 2014 - Dozy Owl

I decided to enter this competition hosted on Deviant art, I had to create an animated GIF using the timeline function on Photoshop. I am really happy how this turned out as I haven't used this option much before expect for web banners so this was very fun to do!

E sting Competition

For the past two months I have been working on an entry for the E stings competition for E4, the brief was very open so had a lot of room to create something different.

I eventually went with the idea of a fly with the body in the shape and colours of the logo that lands on a Venus fly which digests and then sneezes/ spits out the logo at the end.

Pulse and Beat Shape Animations

This is some work I did for work experience a few months ago. I was tasked to produce some animations that pulse and beat to project on a stage during a event for a client. Some animations were used to put through LED Bars to create different effects on the side walls. I have selected some of the work I did for the main stage.

Spark Element Compositions

I worked on a couple more projects for work experience and I kept meaning to put them up so finally got round to it. In the first project I was asked to make some different compositions with sparks and below shows what I produced.
