Ralph and Dylon Walk Cycle 3

For Ralph's cycle I have added the candy cane and sorted out the foot placement and Dylon's Cycle, I have slowed down the animation in the fingers.

Anymore feedback would be welcome by anyone but starting feel that these are coming together.
