Ralph Walk Cycle Development 1

This is only the first stage in developing this but decided that Ralph would have a more positive and upbeat walk whereas Dylon will be more crouched over and in a scheming stance. I will try and refine this but this is has roughly laid out what I am aiming for. I shall get Dylon's walk to this stage  and then work to refine both as I move forward.
